Over at Working Life, Jonathan Tasini has some predictions on how the SEIU state organizations are likely to endorse. I don’t have independent verification, but Tasini was able to correctly predict the Carpenter’s and Steelworker’s Unions’ endorsements of Edwards and the Machinists and AFT’s endorsements of Clinton.

This is not a horse race diary about which presidential candidate will likely win, or who should win the Democratic primary in New Hampshire. This is a photo blog that illustrates the speaking style of one lanky senator from Illinois, and how he connects with voters face-to-face.
At 11:00 a.m. on October 9, 2007, Senator Barack Obama visited Londonderry, New Hampshire. He was invited to speak at a town hall-style forum organized by Mack’s Apples, which hosted the event in its pick-your-own orchard. Visitors received complimentary pumpkins and all the fresh apples they could eat: Macouns, Macintosh, and Empire, fresh off the tree.
The Phoenix is the latest to endorse Niki Tsongas. As posted earlier, The Boston Globe and the conservative Lowell Sun have already endorsed Niki. The Phoenix gives a no holds bared editorial. Niki Tsongas and Jim Ogonowski, offer distinct visions for the future: an end to the war in Iraq and the prolonging of it; a path to health-care reform and the obstruction of it; a rational immigration policy and the spewing of empty rhetoric. Boston Herald where are you to bail out Ogonowksi? Washington Times? Maybe NewsMax. Someone, anyone.
It’s official. Guido’s Health Care says my wife is not covered. The first half hour phone call you get to listen to propaganda and get cut off. The second half hour you get to listen to the same bullshit propaganda again. You talk to one, then another “associate” only to be told they will look at it in 15 days. Yes, it’s United Health Care! http://www.zwire.com… Now that health insurance in mAssachusetts is mandatory this must mean government is subsidizing Mafioso type behavior. This is in addition to the Satanic prospect of using mAssachusetts as a “model” for a national plan. Yes, Hello, I’m from mAssashusetts and trust me when I say this is unConstitutional. These “associates” were apparently not only trained highly in the art of ambiguity the entire company has made it an institution. Oh, I’m not done yet either. Think HIPPA made you medical records “private”? Think again. Been denied insurance? Credit rating go down? Have you been genetically tested? http://www.healthpri… When trapped the only peaceful way is the way of Ghandi. I ain’t going, I ain’t takin no stinking big pharma drugs and don’t need no flu shots. Swearing off even over the counter stuff.
The House Foreign Affairs Committee just passed the Armenian Genocide Resolution with a 27-21 vote. Democratic Leaders say they will bring the Resolution to the floor for a vote. http://www.cnn.com/2… It’s about time (or more correctly, 90 years overdue)
Let’s try a simple experiment, shall we? Let’s simply ask, as loud and as often as possible why Terri Schiavo was more important than Graeme Frost? Why “Terri’s law” to save her life but a veto to S-CHIP? What are the underlying differences (if any) to the cases? Let us freep the freepers with these questions. Let us ask if Graeme Frost would benefit (sic) from being brain dead? Would S-CHIP then become emergency legislation? Would the Repugnitcans then rush to save him? Why? Would Bush have signed the bill if Graeme Frost was in a persistant vegetative state? Would he have at least read it? A whole phalanx of petards for the hoisting…
Mr Ogonowski, why are the comments on your blog moderated? If elected to office, will communication with the people of MA-05 be similarly filtered and unidirectional?
We are excited to announce that we will begin airing our second television ad in New Hampshire — “Quiet.” In the 30 second ad, Barack stresses Washington’s failure to reduce our dependence on foreign oil and reveals his willingness to take on tough issues in front of challenging audiences – like telling automakers that as President he won’t stand for them blocking higher fuel standards for our cars.
In New Hampshire this week, Barack laid out a bold energy plan that will allow America to lead on global warming, and pledged at stops across the state that as President, he won’t just tell the American people what they want to hear–he’ll tell them what they need to hear.
