On Earth Day (ancient history in blog years), Governor Patrick spoke to a large crowd in MIT’s Kresge Auditorium. A lot of nerds left the auditorium that day with a higher level of respect for state government.

After the talk, the floor was opened to unscripted questions from MIT students and researchers, which Patrick and his Energy and Environmental Affairs Secretary Ian Bowles answered adeptly.
