Steve Pagliuca has considerable experience in the health care industry; among other things, he was on the board of directors of HCA (Hospital Corporation of America) until just before he announced for Senate.  Charley asked about how we can reduce health care costs.

Following up, Charley noted that a lot of the “special interests” in the health care industry are located in Massachusetts.  Does cutting costs result in job losses here?
