I'm truly confused about how campaign finance law applies to web-only video.
nullified disclosure requirements as being unconstitutional about four or 5 years ago. They considered the requirement to be against the first amendment right of free speech.
I am endeavoring to find a link. Perhaps David can find one on findlaw or Lexis
