		<description>&lt;p&gt;should every Republican be primaried? &#160;They didn&#039;t want to extend unemployment benefits as it would impact the deficit, but they are okay with them now that they could add on additional tax breaks that are not offset that adds more to the deficit? &#160;John, what do you think of the Republicans that signed off and negotiated this deal? &#160;As you have put it in the past, haven&#039;t they learned anything for November?&lt;/p&gt;
