Romney’s Latest Flip-Flop

Our former Governor is now blaming the LGBT community for his legendary switcheroo on gay rights. http://www.metroweekly.com/poliglot/2011/06/romney-supports-employment-equ.html This line is a classic:  “The gay community changed their perspective of what they wanted.”

Of course Slick Dancing Mitt has contorted himself vis a vis the gay community so many times over the last 17 years that he can’t possibly straighten things out at this point. His claimed commitment to “equal employment rights in employment” for gays and lesbians (he’s never claimed to support the trans community) is contradicted in the public record, in a story that I imagine will attract attention if Romney becomes the GOP nominee. http://www.baywindows.com/index.php?ch=news&sc=glbt&sc2=news&sc3=&id=66560
