clerk

It seems like the attorney general is sweeping certain things under the rug.

After investigating illegal campaign practice’s in the Criminal Clerks office the Office of campaign and political Finance is allowing certain people who testified under oath to re testify, so they may tell the truth this time and white wash the clerks practices using Clerk employees and her office to do her campaign business. I guess if no one knows it never happened.

  1. Is there

a way to hide/derecommend posts by brand new drive-by users with no comments and no posts to their name who put up lamely short diaries with no substance and no links and no proof whatsoever whose premise is extremely non-sequitor and full of nonsense?

    Just askin’.

  2. Oh and add to that

“…whose grammar and ability to use title caps is extremely suspect”?

  3. Clerk

I guess grammer is the important thing here, isn’t it?

    • No

Coherence is, but you fail on all counts so don’t get cocky, kid.

    • PS

That is not the most grievous grammar no-no anyway.

Hint: learn what is a possessive noun versus a plural one.

      • my grammar source

I usually rely on Dave Barry to clear up situations like this.

The apostrophe is used mainly in hand-lettered small business signs to alert the reader that an “S” is coming up at the end of a word, as in: WE DO NOT EXCEPT PERSONAL CHECK’S, or: NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEM’S.

        And just for completeness:

Another important grammar concept to bear in mind when creating hand-lettered small-business signs is that you should put quotation marks around random words for decoration, as in “TRY” OUR HOT DOG’S, or even TRY “OUR” HOT DOG’S.

  4. How About

A link to a news report? A name? Its hard to tell what this is all about.

  5. Ya think??

    N/T

  6. Below average

    Joe?

  7. I kinda hope

I kind of hope it IS a kid. Ever the optimist, I have this wishful fantasy of getting some 12 year old fired up about politics — and introducing him or her to good writing & journalistic practices along the way. After all, if it is a kid, then it’s a kid who’s political enough to find us, create an account, and offer a drive-by. Perhaps that in itself is promising.

  8. On another note

OCPF is under the authority of the Secretary of the Commonwealth not the Attorney General’s Office. OCPF can forward violations to the AG for action.

If OCPF is re-interviewing witnesses that would be a SOC call not the AG. Everything about this post is backasswards.
