Just curious. JFK’s words could easily apply to the “Ground Zero Mosque” issue. Where was Scott Brown when the Republican party was trying to deny them the right to practice their faith?

Scott Brown embraces tradition all right
He’s a modern day Puritan, eager to use the state to harass people who don’t agree with him.
Apparently whoever does Brown’s thinking for him believes that he won his special election because he was in an ad that used footage of Jack Kennedy, and will repeat it again.
Maybe he’ll go the full Iran and campaign with a lifesize cardboard cutout of JFK.
"modern day Puritan"?
I know what you are trying to say here, but can’t resist pointing out the irony. Literal modern Puritans are Congregationalists, many of whom belong to the United Church of Christ which takes stands on social issues to which Sen. Brown is opposed.
I meant0modern Purtian
Not their descendants, but types who’d exile Williams and Hutchinson for daring to show some modicum of tolerance for anyone not exactly like them.
Puritanism
The haunting fear that someone, somewhere, may be having a good time.
I wonder if it's possible to go to the JFK well too many times?
Guess we will find out.
I didn't know Jack Kennedy,
Jack Kennedy wasn’t a friend of mine (I was in utero when he was killed), but I think it’s safe to say, Scott Brown is no Jack Kennedy.
Religious liberty, yes, yes, yes
So why don’t we care about the religious liberty of employees then more than the religious liberty of employers.
Are there not more of the former than the latter?
