A cold cold wind is blowing on Beacon Hill. Carmen Ortiz’s minions have been hard at work and signs are everywhere that the shit will hit the fan and hit it hard sometime after the election. Probably before the end of the year.
It will be bad. Real bad. Major players gonna have their names on indictments and the place will never be the same. Not sure what crimes if any have been broken but that doesn’t matter. When it comes to politicians it only has to fail the smell test to get the wanted result. A different standard of justice.
But I may be wrong. They may have some people red handed. Money exchanging hands etc. You know, like Sal.
Anyway, get ready for Carmen Diaz and the Globe to take this probation piece of shit case and make it appear worse than Watergate as they prep her for the next governor’s race.

In the background Martha Coakley is quietly trying to rub out potential roadblocks to her quest for the corner office,
Right now she eat drinks and sleep Tim Murray. She needs to mortally wound him and state fund raising laws allow her to put a bulls eyes on any campaign. She doesn’t have to indict Murray, although she’d love to, but if she can get a few campaign fundraisers, aides, and maybe a corrupt local official tied to Murray than her job is done.

Why isn’t Eric Ferhnstrom more of a state and national controversial figure? A nominee for President and a U.S. Senator relinquish control of their campaign to this universally viewed nefarious character. His background should be exposed as if he was a candidate.
Stories in every campaign concerning aides right?
Like young single women impregnated by older married senior aides who are then hidden in other states so as to protect the aide and the campaign. It’s especially bad when the candidate gets so pissed at the aide for being a dick head that he volunteers to outsiders that the aide had this problem which the campaign had to overlook.
When the candidate starts telling people this than there is a problem.

You know who is a great person, a great civil servant, and all-around good guy? Brian Wallace, that’s who. The former rep. from South Boston who it is commonly agreed, was unethically prosecuted by Martha Coakley for bookkeeping errors in his campaign account.
His exact opposite is Eric Ferhnstrom. Scott Brown knows them both. In fact Brian endorsed Scott. Anyone hear how the picture taking in South Boston showcasing the endorsement went? Was Eric there?

Attention Boston City Councillor Consalvo: You better deliver your district big for Liz Warren. Or else. The mayor is major league pissed at you for the Sal Lamatina beat down in the Suffolk Registrar of Probate by a complete unknown. Menino had a conniption. If Consalvo doesn’t turn it around no more invites to Christmas Eve seven fish(es) dinner at the Meninos’.

Question: Did Suffolk County Dan Conley pay someone to take the bar exam for him?
The reason I ask is the rash of correspondence going on between Dan, Judge Mulligan, and Judge Charles Johnson of the Boston Municipal Court. Also relevant are Conley’s quotes in the Globe recently that sounded much more like the rants of a crazy person hanging in front of Park Street Station than those of an educated person with such a serious and responsible position.
Rather than get into the esoteric points it should be said that those in legal community paying attention to this are positively outraged at Conley’s lack of respect for the courts and the system. His behavior goes beyond bizarre raising questions of competency and temperament.
The dispute arises from the drug testing mess. For some reason Dan does not get the basic legal tenet of habeas corpus and the effect tainted scientific evidence has on the reasonable doubt standard.
Dan is insulted that the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights takes precedent over his unethical and unprofessional rants. Not to mention his ethical duties regarding the tainted evidence on which his office based convictions.
Basic concepts that Little Man Dan can’t get.
