Have you ever seen a prosecutor indicted for hiding evidence which would exonerate a defendant? Me neither. Until now.
Need more of it.
How about that nut job McCauley prosecuting the Aaron Hernandez case? This guy just got spanked severely by a Superior Court judge named Nickerson who bagged him playing games with a grand jury. (Pssst, The guy cheats)
This shit happens over and over and over again without consequences for the party (prosecutor) who deliberately obstructed justice.
Yet these same bastards (Fred Wyshak et al.) show their psychological and emotional insecurities by shutting down state government with a witch hunt under the guise of a corruption probe. Now, after unfulfilled promises of big indictments and a few death rides for sal DiMasi in hopes he would create some lies about other politicians, we have an absurd RICO indictment saying elected officials recommended people for probation jobs.
A legal premise so outrageous that former U.S. District Court Judge Nancy Gertner has voiced and penned her disgust on this.
Really folks. Police and prosecutors are no different than the water department. They should be treated the same.

Where is the outrage about turning an already too harsh 8 yr sentence into a death penalty for Sal DiMasi? Where are his progressive friends who should be calling for his transfer to Devins Fed at the least and a mercy pardon at best? Where is Deval Patrick? His cousin was pardoned for drug dealing by Pres. Obama while President Obama’s aunt and uncle were both allowed to ignore the law without punishment. The US Atty.’s office let multiple serial murderers walk free in return for their questionable testimony in the Bulger Trial. ENOUGH! BRING SAL DiMASI HOME. What justice can really be served by keeping him in jail to die? The silence is shameful.
