Utah’s cut its homeless population considerably by simply giving people housing. MA should do the same. How many empty buildings and how many unhoused people? LA and other cities are suing to use public health money to house the most at risk homeless on the basis that it reduces health care costs for the community.
Eradicate child homelessness in Massachusetts? Make damn sure everybody has access to a roof over their heads.
