Writer’s block: A nice experiment; but we’re opting out of Gutenberg for now

January 18, 2019 By Charley on the MTA 2 Comments

Well, we tried the new WordPress text editor with blocks, called “Gutenberg”. It was interesting! But a little klutzy, and honestly not that well-suited to this site for most of us, I suspect. So I installed a plug-in that restores the “classic” editor. Now, if you liked the block editor, or would like to continue to experiment with it, scroll down on the post entry page and click the “switch to block editor” link.

Always here to slake your thirst for BMG meta!

While we’re on meta, I just wanted to say this is the first time in a while there have been five posts in a single day. That’s more like the BMG I remember!
