Unless I’m missing something, $5.7 million divided by $64 average comes out to ~89,000 contributions (though maybe some donors gave multiple contributions).
That would make 23,000 about a 1/4 of her overall donors, which is to be expected given her national profile and online fanbase. The relevant question here is, how many MA donors did Scott Brown have? For some reason, I suspect it is nowhere close to 23,000.
