Exciting News: Federal Judge Finds Section 3 of DOMA Unconstitutional
Jul 8, '10
5:44 PM
(An encouraging development. I'm honestly uncertain about the 10th Amendment rationale (does the federal government prevent MA from recognizing same-sex marriage?), but I haven't yet had a chance to read the opinion. The appeals process will be very interesting, of course because of the result, but also because of how the Obama administration chooses to proceed. - promoted by David)
