Many of you who are reading this have, like me, been reading and blogging and talking politics, perhaps intensely, for months (or even years) now. Every once in a while we need something to bring us back to the core reasons why it matters that we engage in this progressive public discourse. I can’t say it better than my fellow blogger Angela Dorau already has. Her articulate comments neatly brought me back to square one, reminding me why it is that Deval Patrick’s language has rung so true to the core of my progressive beliefs since I first heard him speak last December.
