Here is a Quicktime clip from a 1989 edition of WGBHs 10 O’Clock News Cast (1976-1991). The clip shows a younger John Kerry addressing The Consortium of Minority Business Enterprises on minority set-aside programs. Somewhere in this clip you will see a brief shot of our current governor (at least I think it’s him).
