I’m listening to it now. It’s in the form of an interview, taking “constituents’ questions” from his communications chief Nancy Fernandez Mills (who may well be learning as much as the rest of us). It’s actually pretty useful and interesting, since you get to hear the governor speak unedited and uninterrupted — though obviously the questions are softballs.
