DemocracyFest is a progressive-grassroots tradition, and it?s returning to New England after beginning in Massachusetts (2004) and traveling to Texas (2005) and California (2006). With the state?s own Democracy for New Hampshire ? a rising-star grassroots organization – as presenting sponsor, this year?s DemocracyFest continues its tradition of education by day and entertainment by night. This year?s theme is Potluck Politics: the Art of Participatory Democracy.
