A sense of perspective

September 14, 2007 By Charley on the MTA

… thanks to Bill Richardson:

“The President has been allowed to spy on Americans without a warrant, and our U.S. Senate is letting it continue… You know something is wrong when the New England Patriots face stiffer penalties for spying on innocent Americans than Dick Cheney and George Bush.”

I say Bush and Cheney pay a fat fine and sacrifice their Attorney General pick, although I'd certainly prefer a nice long suspension.

and the chances of him coming up with that line is what?

I was as intrigued with the Richardson train months ago, too, David, but it's a train with no tracks. I'm sure you know what happens to a train with no tracks.
