Laughing hard. Not just the giggles… No. Side splitting, can’t breathe, paroxysms of spastic schadenfreude.
It’s all swirling into the plumbing, and we’ll all hurt together, but at least you can’t deny that it’s the fault of the people you voted for… who actually promised to do the opposite.
And it’s people like Barney Frank who are gonna pull us outta the muck.

p>I think someone needs to dig into the legislative history here, especially the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. Greenspan’s contribution to the mess was not inconsiderable, see the NY Times article.

Let the whining continue while they of course blame everyone with an “R” following their name, completely ignoring Barney Frank’s contributions as well as the rest of the majority US Senate and Congress who no doubt have been sitting on their fat asses for 2 years now.
Myself, I’ve made some nice cash these last 2 days and am worried sick about any increase in short term capital gains. GO GOLD!!!!
