Turns out it was the first time in a few weeks our paths have crossed.

p>He spoke about his plan to move state money away from the big banks that needed bailouts while not serving the public to local and regional banks. It occurred to me that I only know of that plan because I’m an activist. I’m not sure the public is aware and I think given the climate they would respond to that message. I realize it’s too late now, but that would have been a good topic for a TV ad.

The distribution of the low numbered plates to Polito’s friends and family members is political corruption pure and simple. It is very clear that her friends (a) got plates that should have been auctioned off for charity (as low numbered plates for other causes have been) and (b) got plates that should have gone to people earlier in the sign-up list.

I feel as though you’re being coy and not coming right out and saying what your whole beef is. I’m not even aware of any strong support except incidently as DNC chair it was his job to support Democrats. Byrd’s KKK membership is long past and by his own admission a huge mistake. I don’t think Grossman is old enough to have supported Byrd when he was in the Klan. If you are not talking about Byrd it’s time to cough up who you are talking about and why there’s apparently no such thing as repentence or forgiveness in your book.
