Fantastic job by all law enforcement officials for taking their time, waiting, securing the site, and capturing the suspect alive without firing a shot. Hopefully we can get some answers. Our week-long nightmare is over. Let’s reopen our city and take it back.

Though I quibble with the “without firing a shot”. There were lots of shots fired in the 24 hour span, a number of different times. Even if they didn’t fire a shot at the moment he was captured, there were an awful lot of bullets fired overall.
is one of them why law enforcement didn’t check the boat during manhunt?
