A federal judge stuck down Wisconsin’s Ban today.

Congratulations to the residents of Wisconsin.

The old link from when Pennsylvania turned “Blue” is already showing Wisconsin as “Blue”. Woo Hoo! Curiously, the colors for North and South Dakota are still showing “Red”, when we know they are being challenged in court.

  1. I understand that the infamous Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker has recently had a curious change of heart — political heart that is.
    It’s so satisfying to watch the map turning blue!

    • “I will continue defend our Constitution and law in whatever forum is appropriate and I would hope my successor will fulfill this same oath and obligation,” Van Hollen said.

      Gov. Scott Walker said through a spokesperson he’s behind the attorney general in his efforts, but didn’t offer full-throated support of the ban in the moderate state as he seeks re-election in the moderate state.
