State Representative Jim Miceli passed away today at the age of 83 after collapsing at the opening day of Wilmington Little League. He had represented Tewksbury and Wilmington, currently designated 19th Middlesex, since 1977 and unsuccessfully sought the Dem nomination to the US House in 2007.
