At the climate march from Copley Square to the State House on December 6, I didn’t hear one chant about the Weymouth gas compressor nor did I see any signs about that issue. Seems to me it was a missed opportunity.
My understanding is that no general climate strikes like this one are planned until the next Earth Day. Too long a wait time to continue the momentum in my biased and uneducated opinion.
However, the Friday for the Future school strikes will continue.

On Twitter, Mayor Joe Curtatone suggested that the next climate strike, there should be buses going down to Weymouth. Good idea.
