From primary to unity

March 17, 2008 By Christopher 6 Comments

February 24, 2008 By Christopher 2 Comments

I just got back from a great event at the John Hancock Auditorium tonight.  Those of us supporting Senator Clinton needed the morale boost.  I hope she raised quite a bit of money tonight as the auditorium was packed.  She … [Read more...]

Hillary’s tactics

February 20, 2008 By Christopher Leave a Comment

Two things keep coming up about Hillary Clinton, both here and elsewhere, that seem to be articles of faith about her, but I don't see the evidence. One is that she is somehow too negative.  Several posters on the "Let's Play Campaign … [Read more...]

In Defense of the Superdelegates

February 13, 2008 By Christopher 7 Comments

Why is it assumed that this process must be directly and absolutely democratic?  We've come a long way from smoke-filled rooms, but you wouldn't know it from some of the complaining I've heard, first about caucuses and now about … [Read more...]

Kerry campaigning already?!

February 7, 2008 By Christopher 27 Comments

I received in today's mail the third campaign mailing within just a few days for Senator Kerry.  I don't recall him actively campaigning this early before.  Noted, of course that this is caucus season.  Does this signal that … [Read more...]

Brattleboro to vote on arresting POTUS and Veep

January 30, 2008 By Christopher 4 Comments

I ran across this article today: http://news.aol.com/story/_a/a... Only the Senate Sergeant-at-Arms is empowered to arrest the President.  This is interesting to say the least, but certainly not treason. … [Read more...]

The Religion of Barack Obama

January 11, 2008 By Christopher Leave a Comment

These sites are themselves well linked and sourced, including the media outlets which have reported the rumors as fact such as the Washington Times and Fox News (surprise!).  Being a member of the United Church of Christ myself, I feel … [Read more...]

Hey #mapoli please tell me come 2022 we are going to remember how Charlie Baker mismanaged the COVID vaccine rollout, vetoed the consensus police reform bill, vetoed abortion access, vetoed the consensus climate bill, didn’t fund the SOA, and slashed transit. Please.

Focus on the record - "small minded and shortsighted" justification for transit cuts that make it tougher to reduce emissions, harm those in need and hold back our recovery #mapoli https://twitter.com/cdempc/status/1353002390560141318?s=20
