i hope that, when he speaks on its passage, Biden explicitly claims partisan credit for the bill. public should hear, loudly and clearly, that the money in their pockets is from the democratic party

My legislation for more than $7 billion in E-Rate funding is included in the rescue package. It provides the Wi-Fi hotspots and devices needed to help all students connect to classrooms from home, especially those in communities of color, low-income households, and rural areas.
