We have more daily Covid deaths this year than this time last year. People’s denialism is literally murdering people. It’s time to have courage & restore robust public health #Covid_19 #CovidIsNotOver #mapoli

Dan Goldberg @DanCGoldberg

A note on Covid: July 6, 2021, when vaccines were less prevalent, the US was averaging about 14,000 new infection per day. One year later, we’re at 114,000. One year ago, we were averaging 260 covid deaths per day; now we are closing in on 400 per day!
