Onto health care now. Referring back to his "Commonwealth care" – no new taxes, no employer mandate. Well, apparently nothing new here – he’s sticking to his old plan of allowing the sale of stripped down health insurance as a cure-all. Hmm.
I guess we’re done with health care – now onto new jobs. Ooh – something new: his budget will fund English classes for immigrants.
And now onto housing. Targeted new developments near city centers and public transportation. Will file a bill in February — sounds like a big one, and I couldn’t get all the details down because he rattled them off so fast.
And now, education! Thanks to all for 1993 Ed Reform Act (passed, incidentally, because the SJC said they had to). Posting, hold on….
