This is not a joke. The left sees it coming. So does the right. When liberal bloggers and the American Conservative are in agreement, they’re most likely onto something. And today’s news that North Korea has publicly declared that it has nuclear weapons and that it has no further interest in diplomacy has — to quote the NYT’s "former senior official" — "made life easier for the hard-liners." Those who actually believe in democracy had better stay on their guard.
