Here’s our chance to take some leadership on the issue of health care in our state: Tomorrow is the hearing for the Health Care Access and Affordability Act at the State House. 1,000+ people are expected to come: even if you’re just a warm body at this event, you may be helping your body in the future…
Again, the hearing itself is not really the story: if a lot of people show up in support of significantly expanding and stabilizing health care in this state, that will be the story.
Anyway, here’s the basic schedule — come for any or all of it:
9:00 am: Arrive at State House
10:00 am: Hearing, Gardner Auditorium
Noon: Rally, Nurse’s Hall (2nd floor)
All day – lobby legislators
I’ll be there, and I’m hoping to meet Lynne of Left in Lowell as well.
