John McDonough has been battling so many ignorant <a

<a

this week, he should wear a mask. Let me help play some defense, since
he left out a point in replying to Waylon Smithers
Scot Lehigh, who was <a

into his gallon of Dunkie’s Caramel Latte for having to pay a few
more cents to cover Dunkin’ Donuts employees health coverage.
Scot, let me say this real slow… <a
href=”http://bluemassgroup.com/showDiary.do?diaryId=878″>You’re
already paying for it, buddy. Dunkin’ Donuts alone cost the state <a

out of the free care pool last year. That’s 49 cents for every man,
woman and child in the Commonwealth. We paid for it — and got crappy
results! Wake up and smell the latte!
Isn’t it great when privileged journalists value their coffee more than
other people’s health? And isn’t it great when they don’t even realize
that their pocket’s being picked?
Hi – larious, I tell ya.
By the way, here’s more <a
href=”http://healthypolicy.typepad.com/blog/2005/12/ignorance_goes_.html”>lovely
ignorance: Some people don’t even know that being “uninsured”
means. Let’s just review: like, you don’t get to see a doctor. Like,
you don’t get health care. Like, you get to die. More java all around,
please. (Thanks to <a
