Connecticut’s Republican Governor Jodi Rell has decided to sign on to the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative. She joins New York’s Republican Governor George Pataki – actually, this whole thing was Pataki’s idea.
The holdouts? Republicans Mitt Romney, of Utah Michigan Iowa New Hampshire South Carolina Massachusetts, and Don Carcieri of Rhode Island. And they’re screwing up the whole deal. Losers.
Hey Kerry Healey – you’re looking for ways to distance yourself from the Quittster, right? This issue is a good example – you’ve even got Republican backup in Rell and Pataki. Show us just how independent of Mitt Romney you can be!

if she could get us back in the negotiations one day while Mitt “How’s my hair” Romeny is off In Iowa/Michigan/NH, etc. Once he leaves the states boundaries she’s the head honcho.
