The Globe’s got it again … looks like Gabrieli decided he didn’t want to run, or the AG decided the risk in choosing a running mate (see: losing Worcester’s voting bloc) was too big.
Either way, it looks the LG race is back to being wide open. My bias is for Murray, and I think the lack of a ticket is a huge victory for him. He’s got the widest appeal within the party, the greatest strength (coming from a non-democratic stronghold), and brings the most political experience to the ticket, no matter who may win.
