Bill Scher (of Liberal Oasis) and Steve Almond are coming to the Boston area to promote a new collection of essays to which they contributed, “Proud To Be Liberal”. I was a fan of Liberal Oasis before I put two and two together and realized it was written by a college classmate of mine: Bill is also Oberlin ’94.
They’ll be at the Harvard Book Store this coming Tuesday, March 7, at 6:30pm;
… and at the Back Pages in Waltham, March 22, 7pm.
