according to Keller at large. This is clearly not what Patrick wants to see. Reilly’s real strength in female voters which buttresss yesterdays 52% support by black voters in the general election is indicative of Tom’s favorability by the general electorate. Patricks scripted platform of raising taxes of any type is obviously not even popular with democrats. And silly jousting at cape cod windmills is far less popular than Reilly’s honest screw ups.

There is something very fishy about that poll. Seeing as most polls to-date have shown that Deval does very well with women, I find it odd that Reilly would have a sudden rebound. But if the results are an accurate current measure, the fact that Deval is even with Reilly with independents would seem to run directly counter to the Reilly campaign’s claim that they are running more towards independent voters than towards Democrats, who they’ve chosen to shunt aside at the caucuses and convention.

Oh, and Patrick has never said he’d raise taxes. He has said he’d like to reduce regressive property taxes by providing cities and towns with more state aid.
