Both Reilly (40-26-15) and Patrick (36-29-13) defeat LG Healey and Christy Mihos in the general (assuming that Mihos makes it that far without self destructing). In the Globe’s political snapshot, it seems that both Patrick and Gabrieli have a long way to go in terms of name recognition (50% and 56% unknown, respectively), which has to be troubling for the Patrick campaign, and which further discredits the Gabrieli campaign.
Also, the Globe finds that over 53% of respondents believe that the candidates should make public their tax returns, something I completely agree with.
