David, Charley and I are going to interview Gabrieli Saturday. Please post your questions here — including, of course, questions on the comments, suggested improvements, etc. … the whole blog-land schmeer — and we’ll do our best to ask ’em.
Please share widely!

great job! I’d like to hear how Gabrieli’s team plans to work with the blogs and who he will set on that task. This should give a good opportunity to see how the candidates view blogs, particularly some of the seasoned Massachusetts mainstays.

Good luck, and remember, feet to the fire!

I heard that Gabrieli came out in favor of the .35% income tax roll back. Could you confirm that. If so, I also hope you do hold his feet to the fire. How will he deliver on all his promises to improve education, especially when we’re starting from 2001 spending levels trying to make government work in 2006. He’ll give you some gobbly-gook about creating more jobs that stimulate more income taxes…which is true, but by roll backing the .35% (which I THINK translates into about $300-500 million bucks) he’ll have to generate about $6 billion in wages, or 100,000 jobs (at $60,000 a yr wages) just to make up the lose in revenue?

And if he uses the Reilly quackery that “we must abide by the wishes of the voters”, will he work just as hard to pass public campaign finance…which also was passed by the people and stop by the General Court.
