No, not David Letterman’s, although he doubtless ends up there a lot; Time Magazine calls him one of the best senators for, you know, actually getting things done:

and grandstanding , I respect him because he has done soo much for the state of Massachusetts. Anyone who is involved in dealing with the feds understand how much real power he has behind the scenes. Kerry, however is only interested in himself and does squat for this state.
