The Kentucky Commonwealth Office of Technology has apparently blocked the blog Bluegrassreport.org from state computers. Bluegrassreport has been critical of the apparently corrupt Republican governor Ernie Fletcher.
I’ll just say this: We should be so lucky, good, and effective to be blocked by Beacon Hill computers. Gov. Fletcher’s hacks have just elevated that blog’s profile enormously. Good job, guys!

I think they still run Wangs and DECs. I had a friend who worked for TRW and was outsourced to the Commonwealth’s “IT” department…I don’t think you have to worry about being blocked.
They are now Compaqs with DVD drives and burners and significantly better speed. The IT guys are pro now too, instead of just ‘connected’ to the..uh…’network’.
