The ConCon has voted down an amendment that would have provided that, if an initiative petition becomes a law, the law cannot be repealed by the legislature without the consent of a majority of the 10 original signers. A ridiculous idea that would hold state policy hostage to ten citizens. The vote was 1-193. It also rejected one that would have changed the way vacancies in constitutional offices are handled. The vote was 33-161.
So, apparently, the ConCon will vote up-or-down when the chair thinks it has the votes for what it wants to do, and if not, maybe not. Great.
