Tomorrow the Mass Ballot Freedom Campaign has to give Secretary of the Commonwealth Galvin an argument of 150 words or less in favor of the Ballot Freedom Initiative. This argument will be published in the statewide voter guide and mailed to every single household in Massachusetts sometime after Primary Day. It’s a major opportunity for the campaign to communicate with the state’s voters — and, even though many on this site have mixed feelings about our initiative, we want your feedback on what we should say.
Version #1 is what we want to say if the state gives us permission to use a chart as part of our argument, and Version #2 is what we’ll use if they don’t.
Please let us know what you think right now by reading both versions on our blog and leaving us a comment.
