Just a note to let the press know that I’m happy to add any issue you care about to the campaign website, www.lonniebrennan.com.
This campaign is about more than just our current issues, but more about getting some attention and openness to all of government, not just for any one group, and not just for any one Town, but for all groups and all of the communities in our district.
I’ve posted some of my thoughts on various issues to the website. I’ll continue to add to that site, as time allows. BUT, keep in mind, as a rep, just as a member of the board of selectman, there are times when you have to put aside your own personal beliefs, and support the voters, enable the voters, because this is a government of the people, and the people need to have a voice, have access, have an impact. If you are unclear about how I stand on an issue, let me know. I’ll clarify it.
And, remember, your liaison to my committee is me.
