Teamsters Local 122 has endorsed Rand Wilson for state Auditor.
“When Rand was Director of Jobs with Justice back in the early 1990s, he worked tirelessly to support the members of Local 122 during our historic Miller Beer boycott to stop union busting at a local distribution company. And he has stood by our members ever since,” said Local 122 Secretary-Treasurer John Murphy.
“Our endorsement sends a message to those politicians who have too often taken Teamster support for granted,” continued Murphy. “That’s why we are organizing a new, independent Working Families Party and why we are proud to stand with the Rand in his bid for Auditor.”
