I still believe that Tim Murray can win the LG race despite not having the dough Deb has. It’s obvious that Murray’s name “is” getting out through out the entire state. Yes, HE will be on TV sooner then one may want him to be. And yes, he is still raising money. His message in being a team player fighting for cities and towns is catching on. He has the foundation to continue to build on. Many cities like Fall River, New Bedford,Lowell and Springfield have similar problems like Worcester and I think people will be paying attention to this race right after Labor Day, so watch and see if the Murray camp can increase the lead.

Highhopes has always proudly supported Murray…I don’t think that has ever been secret…although I think he/she would do more good for Tim by getting out of HQ and holding a sign at Downtown Crossing or at North or South Stations or near Rte One North..you aren’t going to move any votes here…everyone is partisan and the on-lookers are few compared to the number of commuters you could be seeing in places where the undecideds live and work (78% undecided)…
Time for you to understand something, I am sure that I do more for Murray then you do for whomever your supporting. You have never played the grass roots game of campaigning, it’s so obvious. Remember, it’ all about the name and getting the message out. I will be amazed to see how well Goldbags does in New Bedford,Lowell, FallRiver, Lynn, and Springfield, nevr mind in her own back yard. The support continues for Murray, as Mayor Reeves for Cambridge jusr endorsed Tim as well as Rep Antonio Cabral from New Bedford. The message is getting out there and who knows Deb’s money may not buy her this very important positon.

Lowell is a great place to hold Murray signs…many voters to see you there! It would be wonderful if a grassroots effort could beat out a million dollar media blitz…it would be the first time…you and your fellow bades of grass would be making history…I’m routing for you to do it…make no mistake about that. Media/poll driven campaigns have killed activism at the local level and in turn have decreased voter interest and turn out to the disgraceful level it is now…

Hey never mind giving us any accolades, come and help. This race is far from over, and I am not one to read into any polls. It’s about how useful one spends their cash,and if the message is one to catch on. So far I haven’t seen Goldbags message as one that is going to stick.
