Why so much traffic today? Allow me to speculate…
1. I think there is a big “blue” primary đŸ™‚
2. People want info in a hurry
3. Many hope that BMG might have some connections.
Unfortunatly, I don’t believe anybody here has better or more current info than you will get from the TV tonight but maybe that will change.
We’ve already seen candidates post here and we’ve seen site founders on TV. Might we see BMG becoming the place to go for early election returns?
Imagine the Headline: Blue Mass Group Scoops Major TV outlets(oh I forgot, you don’t have to imagine it, I used it as the title of this diary đŸ™‚

If you want BMG’s traffic, however, you can always click the “BMG traffic report” link in the “about” box. And we are indeed seeing record traffic here: yesterday was our biggest day ever, with over 6,800 unique visitors and over 23,000 page loads, and today will be even bigger – we’ve already had 6,000 visitors and 20,000 page loads, and the polls don’t close for another hour and a half.
the site meter was not for BMG. Oh well, but, as you say, you will break records today. I think things will really pick up after the polls close – people will be looking for early returns.
