Tim Murray is within range to win despite being out spent 3-1. The Murray camp will continue to work to get the undecided over to his side. Tim’s leadership and message for fighting for cities and towns is resonating across the state. A grassroots campaign can and should prevail over money.
Please share widely!
If his campaign is grassroots then why is he in a statistical tie with Andrea for second? I’m thinking that you’re blurring “grassroots” with “hopeful.”

It seems that Tim’s message is not resonating. In fact, if he keeps pulling the cities and towns message away from Deb you two might split the vote so that Andrea wins on substance.
The Boston Globe reported today on a poll that included the LG race…

“In contrast to the contest for the gubernatorial nomination, the three-way primary race for lieutenant governor appears to be wide open. Deborah Goldberg, the former chairwoman of the Brookline Board of Selectmen, received 26 percent support in the survey; Tim Murray, the mayor of Worcester, 20 percent; and business consultant Andrea Silbert, 18 percent. Twenty-seven percent are undecided.

But among those who say they will definitely vote, the race tightens. Goldberg and Murray both get 27 percent, and Silbert gets 16 percent. The margin of error for those 300 likely voters in the sample is about 5.5 percent.”

Among those who say they are definitely voting, Andrea appears to be a decided third place, well out of the margin of error.
Goldberg and Murray are locked in a dead heat.

In the end, it’s the people who are actually going to vote who count, the opinion of the others doesn’t count for anything on Tuesday.

This is where all of those local Mayors supporting Murray may decide this race…what are Menino’s marching orders?
It seems that you are reading the numbers that you want to read. The most telling of the numbers is the Deb 26, Murray 20, Andrea 18. We both know that.
<

That puts Deb out front (outside of MOE) and Andrea and Tim tied well within the margin of error for second place.
<

I still put Tim in a surprise election night 3rd place finish.
You must be on something, if you think Murray is going to finish 3rd. Grass Roots will win, besides outside of 128 who knows Andrea anyway? Oh,I get it the weekend tour down the river is going to put her over the top.

Good Luck !!!

I guess you think that Deval is going to lose after being out spent by millions. Murray adds a regional approach that Patrick needs to win in NOV. Remember the other side won every city and town in Worcester County 4 years ago except Worcester, by the way Tim Murray is from Worcester.
<
p> And he has a pretty good record of bringing people out to vote for him. Enough with Deb we know it’s all about her money, and nothing else. We need to balance the ticket and Tim is the right one for a host of reasons.
<
p>
Money should not be the sole reason to vote for some one ?? Issues to matter !!
<

GO Patrick/Murray !!!!
…who would you vote for?
I would definitely vote for you. You seem like a middle class dude that has so much to offer the taxpayers of this state. I am sure that your a hard working public employee who is just trying to catch a break.
<

You seem so real and trust worthy, I am sure I would vote for you. Why don’t you and Andrea try again next year.
