my guess is that she’d love it if Romney resigned! So we can’t really say she was for the resignation of pols whose campaigns take them away from their jobs before she was against it — she’s probably still for it, but can’t say so.
What’s wrong with leaving a vacuum in the Lt. Gov. office when that’s what she was anyway?
