Bill Weld endorsement?

Did anyone see the AP story today about Democrats countering Bush’s attacks…it said that Bill Weld endorsed Deval Patrick:

Is this true?  If so, it would be an impressive endorsement.

    Those were pre-primary donations.  I guess he changed his mind.

    • There are media reports in other parts of the country that misread the same phrase.  I did a Google search a couple of hours ago and found the error, though they seem to be corrected.

      • Looks like Associated Press goofed, then sent out a second story without explicitly correcting the first.  Not a great performance, AP.
