Bush is obviously preparing for the course change that James A. Baker III has been hired to create.
He has also just created the latest 30 sec spot for the DCCC–if they had any brains. You just get the clips of him saying “Stay the course.” You run 3 or 4 of them, then you run the latest clip. Then you just run a graphic. “It’s time to change course–Vote Democrat”
